Im planning to buy Server Space(around 5GB) from US Hosting Companies www.ResellerZoom.com or www.HostGator.com . If I Choose any of them, then I have to pay monthly around 600 to 1300 Indian Rupees (13 to maximum 20 US$) depending upon the hosting package.
I dont have credit card. I have an ATM/International Debit Card of UTI Bank Savings Account. Please
help me to find the right way to make payments monthly.
I found that HostGator accepts payment from Western Union. The details are givrn below from their
website:
You can pay using Western Union by sending payment to:

After payment has been made send an email to sales@hostgator.com with your name and address as well
as the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN). Also, include the dollar amount you have sent. If you
are an existing client ,include your domain name with us in the email. If you are a new client looking to get your account setup, please include the plan you want , desired username, domain, and password.
So if HostGator accepts payment through Western Union, please guide me to do the necessary things.
About the exchange rates and transferring charges. I have a Western Union authorised money exchanger on my next street.

Western Union can be used to only receive money in India, not send money abroad.  If you have a debit card, check if you can generate a virtual credit card. We use it to make payment for our hosting service

I dont think you can transfer money out of India through Western Union. However you can send money through Bank transfer or dollar draft

Your friends can collect the payment through Western Union at the head post office in their area
